Using existing artifacts in RQM excel importer

Hi,

I am trying to find out if it is possible to declare links to existing artifacts in RQM excel importer.

What I am trying to do:
- Import test suites that re-use existing test cases.
- Import test scripts to be linked to existing test cases.
- Import test scripts that link to other scripts (Keyword)

I was hoping the importer could use the artifacts internal IDs (urn:com.ibm.rqm: <resource>).
