Collaborative development environment security

Hello i am researching on "Collaborative development environment security" based on IBM tools and product.
I've been focusing on asset and artifact security in a development team like secure source code, model, and any other digital assets.
in practical i found many help and article in jazz and ibm site but I've been faced with the problem on academic reseaching for finding references.
Except "Collaborative development environment security" what another keywords available for searching in IEEE.
and please introduce me a good article search engine for IBM journal about IBM and rational tools.
