Uploading Reference Documents

Hi there,

I am new to jazz and going through the beginners articles. I have joined a new project and have got a lot of stuff to read which is ppts, documents, links, and so on.

I actually want to upload these in my Team Area in Jazz so that all can see it. What would be be possible and best approach to solve this .

Also I want to document my day to day trouble somewhere in the Team Area which can serve as FAQs to the new joiners later which I am now.

Any help is appreciated.

Regards,

Probably the easiest way to publish documents in RTC would be to create a work item, and upload the documents as attachments to that work item.

For issues, I would probably create a work item for each issue, allowing others to search for ones of interest (including using the "find similar" function, and comment on them. You can then group the issues by giving them "tags" or put them into a hierarchy by making them the child of some parent work item.

Cheers,
Geoff
