Error whan trying to create a report.

Which version of RTC are you using?
Which version of BIRT are you using to design the report?

If you are using RTC 1.0.X, you will need to design your reports using BIRT 2.2.2.

If you are using RTC 2.0 Beta 2, you will need to design your reports using BIRT 2.3.2.

Hi,
We are using RTC 2.0 Beta 1 and BIRT 2.2.2
Do they work together ?

I tried to upgrade my BIRT to 2.3.2 but now RTC doesn't launch so I had to roll back.
Any suggestions ?

Could you please open a new work item against the Reports component,
with any details that you think might be important? If you can share the
..rptdesign file that would be even better - if it's sensitive we can
find a way to get it to us securely (i.e. not in the bug report). Also
include what version of RTC you're using, what version of BIRT you're
using, and what steps you're using to view it. Are there any errors in
your server log? Do our out-of-the-box reports work correctly?

With RTC 2.0 Beta 1, BIRT 2.2.2 is the correct one to use. With RTC 2.0
Beta 2 (and later) you'll need BIRT 2.3.2 or later.
