Max 10 developers on Standard dition

I loaded the standard edition from jazz.net last month with the 60 day trial. I now have licenses for the server and additional developers, but it appears the Jazz server is restricting me to 10 developers. I took the standard install - Tomcat/Derby. Is there a hardcoded restriction on the server for Tomcat/Derby to a max of 10 developers? If so, can I bypass it somehow? Or do I need to completely reinstall?

I understand the Derby DB will have performance limitations, but can I choose to use it with more than 10 developers?

Thanks,
Harry

When using Derby, you are limited to 10 users. It is a hardcoded
restriction when using Derby and there is no way to circumvent it.

You shouldn't need to reinstall to switch to using DB2 though, you can
either migrate your data or, if you are just getting started, you can
create a new Jazz repository in DB2 and start fresh.

Thanks for the prompt reply. That's too bad. FYI, I had 30+ using the Jazz beta DB with no problem for academic projects. I understand the concern for ensuring scalability. But I think there are good examples where one might want more than 10 users and still enjoy the benefits of a simple install and deployment of the in-memory DB. Putting "10" in the code doesn't give us any flexibility.

My .02.

Thanks again for the reply,
Harry
