Unable to generate requirement reporting in RQM

I have test cases which are associated with requirements defined in the ReqPro. When I tried to generate some requirement reports in RQM (out-of-box reporting), they all returned empty reports. Not sure if I did wrong or the requirement data is not populated in the RQM data warehouse somehow. Please give me some advice to address this problem.

Hello Julie,
What version of RQM you are using? If it is v301 or above, then these reports run from datawarehouse. Before that it used to be live report, not dependent on datawarehouse. See this link
Make sure that datawarehouse is updated by running the CLM ETLs.
If RQM is 2.x, You need to run the snapshot of DW for out of the box BIRT report
or if You are using RCR as reporting solution for RQM 2.x, run published DM ETL datamovement task on RCR (Rational Common Reporting)
