You can find all downloads on this jazz.net page (click the V3.0.1.1 link and then the download tab)

https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-requirements-composer/

For RRC V3.0.1.1 there is only a server download - the client is web only.

The visual editors browser plug-in for IE 7, 8 and FF 3.6 is contained in the server, and we be downloaded to the web client when the Edit button for a visual artifact - Storyboard, Sketches, Use Case Diagram, Story Flow and Business Proces diagrams - is pressed.

I have installed RRC Server (V3.0.1.1). But, when I try to configure client, it failed. The error information is "The application cannot be accessed." It prompt "A license is required to access the application." Do you have any idea? Thanks in advance.

To create RRC Projects here are some help instructions

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.rational.rrm.help.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_create_project.html

Jazz project administrators can create projects and modify project structure and team membership.

Before you begin

To create a project, you must log in to the repository as a user with JazzAdmins or JazzProjectAdmins repository permissions and an Analyst or Contributor Client Access License.

Hello
Given the reply above by rbater, where he mentions that there is no client but just a server, I still don't know what you mean when you say that you are trying to configure the client. Perhaps you meant that you were trying to configure the server by running JTS setup.

If you want some assistance with Installing RRC 3.0.1.1 as a new install, try the Interactive Install Guide:
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/topic/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/roadmap_form.html

Select the appropriate checkboxes and you will receive a step by step install process. At some point during the JTS setup process, you should be activating the trial licenses and setting up another admin user aside from the default of ADMIN\ADMIN.

I have installed RRC Server (V3.0.1.1). But, when I try to configure client, it failed. The error information is "The application cannot be accessed." It prompt "A license is required to access the application." Do you have any idea? Thanks in advance.
