Hi All,

We are getting '500 Internal Server Error' when we are using following link in internet explorer and in URI part of data source in RPE specification file.

Link we are using is:- https://<RRC>:<port>/rdm/publish/requirements/*

We are using above link for accessing all the requirements from RRC server. Previously we were able to use this link successfully but now it is giving us this error message.

Please provide solution to resolve this issue.

Have you upgraded the server since this was last working? If so, you will need to re-initialize the publishing engine using the following URL:

https://SERVER:PORT/rdm/publish/initialize

Hi,

I tried the link mentioned by you and I got message saying 'Initialization completed successfully'.

But still the link - https://<RRC>:<port>/rdm/publish/requirements/*
is giving 500 internal server error.

Can you attach the jazz and rdm.log from C:\program files\ibm\rrcs20\server\logs ?
