how to change the displaying order of workitems

We're using Formal Project Template.and I know that we can change the displaying order of workitems in RTC WebUI.
we're using Excel to export and import WorkItems to/from RTC server using OSLC. and we'd like to update the order of the workitems with order in Excel sheet.
how to change the displaying order of workitems?
