RTC 3.0.1 on z/OS - ISPF daemon and alivelock

Working with a customer and getting the message below - any ideas why and how to fix?

Every time that I start up the ISPF Daemon I get the following message:
1. Failed to acquire alivelock: com.ibm.team.filesystem.client.internal.utils.FilesystemLock@55f755f7<mailto:com.ibm.team.filesystem.client.internal.utils.FilesystemLock@55f755f7
