Im not looking for server side. Im specifically looking for RTC -Client that can be used in OpenVMS systems.

 Or Could we at least use the WEb UI to access the RTC?  and work with sandboxes local to VMS ?

If not, is there anything like "an export view for non-ClearCase access"?

 Found this URL  https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/CLMSystemRequirements for CLM 4.0, including Client OS and browser. There should be less of supported ones for earlier version.

Unfortunately the list seems to say no to both client and webUI on VMS.
