need long time to start step
Hi,
It needs 7min to start the step after using selector, and 4min to start authorize. The bfagent is installed in US, and the buildforge server is in China, is there any problem on bfagent or the network? Thanks for your guide. 1 9/21/11 3:30 PM STEP Step using selector 'maven.rtp.raleigh.ibm.com'. 2 9/21/11 3:37 PM MANIFEST BF_LAST_UPDATE=1316590566 3 9/21/11 3:37 PM MANIFEST BF_NAME=maven.rtp.raleigh.ibm.com .......... ......... ........ 280 9/21/11 3:37 PM MKDIR created. 281 9/21/11 3:37 PM RESULT 0 (0) 282 9/21/11 3:41 PM AUTH set user account to wasce 283 9/21/11 3:41 PM SET BF_AGENT_VERSION=7.1.2.0-0-0016 284 9/21/11 3:41 PM SET BF_AGENT_PLATFORM=linux 2.6.27.54-0.2-xen #1 SMP 2010-10-19 18:40:07 +0200 |

Contact support. I can say another customer I work with has a global setup and it does not take them this long to start a step on a remote agent.

Could you supply the link? You'll need your IBM customer number. Every IBM software product comes with free 24/7 support as long as your company is paying the yearly maintenance cost (which most do in order to get upgrades and support). The number to call is 1-800-IBM-SERVE. If you don't know your customer number, let me know which company you work for and I'll try to track it down for you, but you might be best asking whoever purchased Build Forge in your company. |
