LDAP group error

Hi,

We are using RTC with LDAP.
All the users are fine. But after we created an application user, RTC can see the user but can't see it's groups:

Problem fetching user roles: CRJAZ0743I Error retrieving group for user.ID CRJAZ1527E

What can I do?

I just fixed exact same error. Your Base Group CN is not right, try to be more specific.
e.g. I changed from DC=hsc,DC=ad,DC=gov,DC=on,DC=ca to.
OU=Groups,OU=SAS,OU=CFCS,DC=hsc,DC=ad,DC=gov,DC=on,DC=ca

You can find your exact Base Group CN using an LDAP browser, then update the value inside Jazz Server Advanced Properties.

Hi,
We don't have problem with our settings.
When I replace with the new tomcat files (server and web) although the warning, than the mail is configured well !
But now, I can't import new users..
So I returned to the first configuration files and RTC can't recognize the mail attribute. So I understand that this is a bug.

Hi,

We solved our problem from the tomcat configuration files (web.xml, server.xml). There was a connection between some groups there.
