RTC 4 SDK zip file needs a password?

I just downloaded the RTC 4 SDK and when I goto extract the files I'm prompted to give it a password.

I downloaded it from https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0?p=allDownloads

Nevermind. I was using the native windows extraction which I guess throws that password dialog up. Luckily I had 7zip and everything extracted ok.

Jeff, I have seen so many posts with weird behavior of the native windows zip. I would suggest to always use it for the Jazz zips. PS, the Extension Worksop is available for 4.0 you might want to checkit out, I found some things updating it.
