New Query - All Work Items I have delivered code against

I do not believe that there is any way in RTC to have a query find all
work items that are associated with one or more change sets with a
specified owner.

It's possible I'm trying to achieve something (a list of the work items that I've worked on) that is really easy to do I've just not figured out how.

There are a lot of properties to query in RTC 6.0, so i'm hoping it is possible 5 years after asking this question.
