Employee id is appearing on widgets and reports instead of Name

Is there any configurable field that governs how a team member is displayed in a widget or report?  Currently our team members are displayed as their employee ID number and not their name.  Is there any way to correct this?

It depends on how the report is designed. If you see this in any of the built-in reports, please let us know the exact report/widget name. If they are  custom reports/widgets, you need to contact the author for this.
