RTC build stuck in "in progress"

Hello,

We had an power outage last night which affected our build machine.

We started the build engine and kicked off the build after that, although the build images were created hours ago, the build still shows as "in progress".

So here are the questions:

1, is there a way to check what's going on in the build engine? (we can't see the build logs as the build is stuck in "in progress")

2, how to get the build out of the "in progress" state?

Thanks.

Hi,

The build engine creates a build log file in the directory of where the jbe was started. Under normal circumstances at the end of a build, the build log file is published to the build result and deleted from the directory. It seems like in your case that since the build is still reporting as "in progress" that the build log should still be there for viewing. If it appears that it will never progress to a completed state, you'll probably have to abandon the build. Does it consistently display this behavior now after the power outage?
