The same is true for reverse case, like integrating one RQM project with multiple RTC project.
when you will create a defect, a project selection dialog will ask you to select whch RTC project to select for creating defect and likewise for any other RQM- RTC integration

By linking, are you referring to creating links for CLM (Collaborative Lifecycle Management) integrations? If so, you should be able to create a project association from RTC to more than one RQM server, as long as the servers are configured for cross communication. When it comes to creating the link from RTC to RQM, the picker will allow you to chose the desire project area in RQM.
