I'd like to create streams without Eclipse client.
Is there a Web UI or SCM CLI sub-command creating streams in a project?

Hi Ralph,

I have already seen this documentation, but it seems there is no subcommand to create streams in scm create. (scm create's subcommands are baseline, changeset, component, shapshot, and workspace.)

And there is no way to create streams through Web UI, too.

Hi Shinobu,

you are correct. I just looked up the documentation and having a closer look I found that you are right. If it is urgent, I suppose you could use the Plain Java Client Libraries (download form all downloads) to create a small tool.
