Buildforge-RTC integration is broken after reboot of license server

Hello everyone,

Wondering if someone ran in this issue. We use RTC-BF integration in a recommended manner (Buildforge connector engine/ JBE builds etc). Following the weekend reboot of rational license server that serves Buildforge licenses, we notice all builds in RTC are hung with no progress.

The integration between the products cannot be so weak!

 Enable the log4j build debug options to ALL (bottom of the ccm log4j file) and see what is in the ccm.log file.

I had the log4j enabled, but my jazz.log was rotated. I cannot bring down the license server to reproduce this problem. It'd be nice if this test case is added to next RTC/BF release.
