About using RPT

I have installed RPT in WIN7 operating system complete.
When I use RPT to record a script, an error occur.

describe:
RPTO0029E The Recoding contains NO Protocol Data for any installed Test Generator

but after I uninstalled and reinstalled the RPT, this problem disappear.

I don't know why.
Could someone tell me how to resolve the problem

Use ip address or host name instead of localhost in your browser.
