I am installing RTC-Express (Jazz server, Build system and the client) onto my laptop running Ubuntu 10.04. The installation goes fine. But, as soon as I restart my laptop (either through suspend-wake, plain restart, shut down and start up), the icons from the 'Application' menu are lost. Then, after un-installing and installing again, I am able to see the icons. Again these icons are lost after a restart.

I am sure, the s/w itself may not pose problems but losing the icons is an annoyance.

Is there a work-around for this ?
