Issue with RRC admin console access to project areas

When connected to https://<servername>/rdm/admin and in the project areas screen. The links to the projects point to the following URL
https://<servername>/rdm/web/projects/AIDE%20VIT

When accessing that URL the project is not found and we get a CRJZS0040E There is no REST service handler registered for the path "/web/projects/AIDE VIT".

I am able to access the same project from the rrc rdm/web/rrc context and it opens at the following URL
https://<servername>/rdm/web/rrc/projects/AIDE%20VIT.

Is there something that we can configure to get the rrc admin console to include "rrc" in the URL?
