API for creation of artifacts in RRC using an available template

I am trying to create a requirement using the OSLC API for RRC.
I am able to set the artifact type using the shapes from the resource shape factory for the project area.
I have an advanced requirement where in while creating the artifact I want to specify the shape as well as the template which should be used.
Is there any specification available for the same?

Hi,
Nop, currently the OSLC spec does not define a way to specify templates in the Artifacts creation factories.
