Hello
I have a problem with migration data from RRC v. 3.0.1.3 to v. 4.0.
I used utilits repotools-jts with keys (export/import; export/_migration_importJTSData).

The version of the data that you are trying to import does not match the version of this tool. The "com.ibm.team.process" component in the exported file uses version " 13 ". However, this import tool can handle only version " 21 ".


How to solve this problem.

have you read http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0/topic/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/c_upgrade_overview.html and followed the interactive upgrade guide http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0/topic/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/roadmap_clm_upgrade.html ?

The upgrade does not require a repotools export/import. So assuming you just tried to import into 4.0 caused your problem.
