Is it possible to define a stand-in during vacation

I want to define a stand-in during my vacation who receives notifcations for WorkItem changes:
- I was subscriber
- I was mentioned in a comment
- I was added as responsible

if this was supposed to be a question if you can do that, then the answer today is no.
