BTW, I did look at this site:

http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/wikis/display/rationalinstall/Install+into+an+existing+Eclipse+instance

But it does not cover RTC 3.0

For info on the system requirements of RTC-3.0, please see the article:
http://jazz.net/library/article/496

In particular, the RTC-3.0 Eclipse plugin requires an Eclipse version of
at least 3.5.2, so you cannot install the RTC-3.0 Eclipse plugin into an
Eclipse 3.4.2 instance.
