I am a beginer of RTC and I want to some example using the
software.Where can I find examples such as JUnit project mentioned in
the tutorial?

In the RTC Eclipse client, you can navigate to File --> New --> Example...
and there you find an entry 'Team Concert Example Project Setup' which
will create the JUnit project in your repository.
