Errors while upgrading to RTC V 6.0.2
Hi
We are in the process of upgrading CLM from V 5.0 to 6.02 and receiving the following error on the CCM application, could anyone offer any insight please

There is a scr.xml file in the server/conf/ccm folder that is expected to be accessible at https://rmb-rb-clmjts01.fnb.co.za:9443/ccm/scr and apparently the document can not be found or is of a wrong format.
Try to access the URL https://rmb-rb-clmjts01.fnb.co.za:9443/ccm/scr in a browser and see what you get. The step tries to check if the application was deployed correctly and as it can not access that document it throws an error. Contact support. Glenn Watkins selected this answer as the correct answer
