Can we export Test Cases and Scripts from RQM to Excel

Is there any way to export Test cases and Test Scripts from RQM to excel format

No. You can save test assets as PDFs (see http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rqmhelp/v2r0/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.reporting.doc/topics/t_exporting_test_assets.html). In addition, you could use the RQM REST API to extract the test assets from the repository as a XML or JSON feed and convert to CSV (see http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rqmhelp/v2r0/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/c_extendrqm.html).
