Rational Requirements Server Configuration Button Not workin

I'm at the screen where I click the configure button for Server Configuration (step 2 in install process) and the button does nothing. any ideas? tomcat is running I see the window open. I've tried going back through the previous step 1 screens and I get back to this point and still nothing.

I had this same issue, the best solution is to use FireFox when setting up RRC, it appears that there is a script incompatibility in IE8, I also got it working by setting IE8 to compatibility mode (this did not work every time)

Yes I redid installation using firefox and got through it. now testing it connecting to DOORS.
