TM to RQM Migration-issue with standalone script & scena

With TM, we use Test Suite, Scenarios (we have quite a few hundreds) and Standalone Test Scripts(we have quite a few thousands). We do not use test cases at all.

After migration to RQM, scenarios and test scripts are lost. We hope to migrate scenarios as test cases and migrate the associations between test suites and scenarios in TM as between test suites and test cases in RQM, if scenario is not supported by RQM. How can this be done?

Likewise, we hope standalone test scripts can be migrated over and associations to scenarions remain (as between scripts and test cases), and ideally the scripts migrated can point to RFT instead of Robot, so later we just import our new RFT Java scripts, then do not have to rebuild the thousand associations. Can this be done and how?
