Adding steps to test script - RQM2001ifix02

Hi,
User is able to add 1 step however after saving the test script she is unable to add more steps to the same test scripts.
Theres a workaround - if adding steps get stuck, then refreshing the browser allows to add new steps.
My question is is there any way how we can avoid this from happening ?

RQM 2.0.0.1 ifix02 is being used.

Hi Kunal,

Which browser (and version) are you using? Is this happening consistently with Test scripts or occasionally?

Hello Team,
The user is now unable to view the test cases and scripts logged on Aril-01-2010.
Can you let me know if there is a way to view these missing cases /scripts if they are not deleted?

If deleted, can these be recovered?

RQM 2.0.0.1 ifix02 is being used.

Hi Vaibhav,
The browsers used are:
firefox : 3.6.3
IE: 7.0.6001.18000C0

This issues is noticed intermittently at IE.
