We have one request to create a custom policy in iRAM with the following requirement:

A policy to send an email when an asset is in a state longer than a defined amount of time. This will be used to solve the incident when assets remain in draft more than a fixed amount of days. This will be used to solve the incident when assets remain in review more than a fixed amount of time requiring a review (notification and documentation of failing SLA with review teams). This will be used to solve the incident when assets that are auto approved or reviewed and move from state to state (an asset owner or blue group can see assets moving through that communities.

As per our knowledge, there are no methods available in RAM custom policy API to send email.

Please advise us if there is some way or method to create this type of policy in RAM.
