Copy the customized workflow from test to production server

We created one customized workflow in out test server. It is working perfectly fine.
Then we again manually created the same workflow in Production server. But there we are facing few issues with the workflow. Whenever we are adding any conditions in lifecycle actions, they are not getting saved. May be we missed something while manually creating that workflow in Production server.
Can someone please let me know how can we copy the same workflow from our test server to production so that mistakes which we did while adding it manually can be avoided?
