I want to have a workitem query used on the Dashboard that will allow me to know how many estimated hours are associated with the tasks assigned to me in the sprint : broken down by status
New,
In progress and
Completed

This will allow me at the start of a sprint to know if the workload I have been assigned is compatible with the hours I have in the month.

As the sprint moves on it gives me an idea of my progress...in hours as opposed to the number of tasks and I can see how the effort is spread across tasks.
