Dynamic queries in RTC Web Client

Hi All,

Is there a way to create a dynamic query similiar to ClearQuest where it will popup a window to the user when they execute the query and enter a value to filter?

Hi Arnold,

When you create a query and add a condition by choosing a specific parameter, there is an icon at the top right of the condition which says 'Enable Input of Condition Values when Query is Run' (beside the close X icon in red). By enabling this option, you can provide input dynamically to the query.

Is the "Enable Input of Condition Values" only in the eclipse client? I can not find it in the web client.

When you create a query and add a condition by choosing a specific parameter, there is an icon at the top right of the condition which says 'Enable Input of Condition Values when Query is Run' (beside the close X icon in red). In RTC-4.0, this is supported in the web client (but only for attributes that support that functionality ... not all do).
