Common Reporting Error

Hello Iam installing the RCR. Already installed and now iam configuring it. In the step of "Importing the Rational Quality Manager components" the part of "Testing the live data model".

iam trying to run a Query as they say but i have this error :

Now iam trying to make a nice report with some parameters, but when i upload the report to the RQM the parameter dissapear, or iam not asked to choose an input
