Hi,

I have a situation that I can not connect to Jazz Team Server 3.0 through RTC 3.0 if I am using DNS alias or host name.

I got this message:

CRJAZ1247I The request to the server failed. The server returned the http error 407 with error text "Prox Authentication Required". Examine any further details here or look in the server log files for more information on how to resolve this issue.

If I use IP address instead of DNS alias or host name, I can connect successfully.

Under Windows->Preferences I found network connections, and When I add my dns alias on list, I can't even check it to be proxy by pass.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Regards,

It works now, I added my DNS alias under windows-preferences-network connections, and put PORT.
