Issue with query creation

I am facing issue when I try to create query based on APAR PMR number. APAR number usually in 12345,678,901 format.
When I create a query and save the APAR PMR number becomes 901, 678, 12345 and when I run the query it gives me wrong results.

Seems this is a bug. Is there any workaround for this ?
