I just installed latest TeamConcert 1.0M5a

When I am in an editor the Rich Text Controls are missing - How do I bring them back?

I have looked at Preferences / options etc and I see nothing related to rich text controls - anyone have seen this/

I was wondering the same thing last night as I was trying to "pretty up"
my iteration plans.
