Add estimated test case creation minutes in the test case

I would like to know how I can add an estimated test case creation minutes in the test case not using the Weight field. We use the Weight field for estimating test case execution time (in minutes). Any suggestions would be helpful!

I could not figure out a way to do this in RQM. But we also happen to use RTC. So what I did was create a qe workitem type in RTC and I link that to my testcase - to instruct for creation/update of existing scripts contained in the testcase. From there - I can "see" that portion of work separated from execution.
