Migration to RQM 3.0 RC0

a seyler (6652) | asked Oct 07 '10, 10:02 a.m.
Hi everyone,

We have a client who wants to start working with RQM, with the idea of migrating to RQM 3.0 RC0. We read that migration is officially supported by IBM from 2.x onwards. The question is, how risky is to start working with the beta expecting to migrate to the RC0 version at the end of the year. Note that the proyect includes lots of customization and reports developed in RPE.

I am interested in issues detected for this comming migration or issues detected in migrations of previous versions.

Thanks in advance.

Please upgrade to the latest version of RQM (see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/) and review the product documentation (see https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc_eclipse-gentopic1.html) and jazz.net resources (see https://jazz.net/help).  If your issue persists, please ask a new question (https://jazz.net/forum/questions/ask), open a defect (see https://jazz.net/mystuff/#tab=workitems), or open a PMR (see http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21507639).
