Customized test case document

I would like to customize the format of test case doc to suit client's test case document template and generate an MS Word testcase document. How can I do it ? How can I incorporate tables in the main document and include logos in header and footer ?

I am new to RQM and any info is very much appreciated.

I have no knowledge of this area, but does

Admin->Jazz Server Administration->Themes

handle this?

Or

Rational Publishing Engine -> RQM templates
