Sterling, if you visit the pull-down menu on the Home icon, you should see an entry in the Administration section for "Jazz Team Server Home" that will take you to .../jts/admin.
If you need to add a new user to the Jazz Team Server, select Jazz Team Server-User Adminstration.
Once you have the user created, go back to Jazz Team Server Home and select "Manage Lifecycle Projects", which will take you to .../admin/web#/projects. You can then select the Members tab to add or manage users on lifecycle projects by selecting the project in the "Members for Project" pulldown.
If you want to add your user with just RM application access, hover of that user line and go to the right-hand side of your browser and select the "Add member to all artifact containers" icon.
Roles for each application (ccm, rm, qm) are controlled by going to that application and assigning approriate roles to that user.

Hi! Just to be clear, you...
- CREATE users from the JTS Admin UI's user tab /jts/admin#action=jazz.viewPage&id=com.ibm.team.repository.users
- ADD PROJECT MEMBERS from either
-- The Lifecycle Project Admin UI /admin/web if you want to work with projects that span the entire lifecycle
-- The individual application's project area editor (e.g. /ccm/admin#action=jazz.viewPage&id=com.ibm.team.process.ProjectAreaManagement )
Note that it only makes sense to create users if you are using something like the Tomcat user registry that you can write to directly - if you are using LDAP our assumption is that LDAP is the place where users get created and Jazz can only import the users that should be present in your Jazz environment. You can import users via the JTS Admin UI's user tab (URL above) if you have configured LDAP.
Finally, you naturally need to create or import users before you can add them to project areas.
Thanks,

Thanks,
Created 8 additional users. Gave them ALL permissions for CCM/RM/QM.
Now, I have one final problem. How do you switch between lifecycle projects? I have the Money Matters sample installed and a project called CLMforTom. I created the CLMforTom with the Quality Professional...Dev template.
My Home button displays:
Personal Dashboard
RM
Administration
I can go directly to /qm/web/console and access the QM projects successfully, but still get the same 3 choices from the home menu. Again, all 3 options are checked on the jts user interface for my account. Is there a specific address to type in for CCM? If I log out and type /ccm and login, it takes me to the admin portion.

You can get to CCM by going to /ccm/web. It sounds like your home menu may be screwed up. If you look in the RC0 release notes (for any of the products), you will see this is a known issue with RC0 and there is a workaround. Sorry for the inconvenience on this, it will be fixed in RC1.
Thank you for the explanation. It solved my problem today. :D
