Hello,

Does CLM 4.0.2+ support  IBM Rational DIrectory Server 5.2.0.2?

 Nope - RDS is not supported yet. These are the only ones supported till date..
  •  Apache Directory Server 1.5.5
  • IBM Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) for z/OS - as bundled with all supported z/OS versions listed above.
  • IBM Tivoli Directory Server 6.3
  • Microsoft Active Directory 2008
  • Microsoft Active Directory 2008 R2

From the documentation on Focal Point:


It does not share any of the LDAP servers as CLM...I can't ask clients to install 2 LDAP servers....

For CLM you can directly connect to corporate server.

However, RFP does not connect directly to a corporate LDAP server, so you need RDS, which in turn connects to the Corporate LDAP server.

It seems I'll need TDS and RDS for Focal Point and CLM.
