RTC, RQM, DOORS RP 3.0 RC0 (Beta 2) is now available

I'm in the process of installing the beast, on tomcat, on db2 no ldap. I've followed the instructions until the regisration, where I am able to register

ADMIN
CCM
RM

but QM fails. They're all on the same box, thi is the error

thats ok, I found out what the problem is. You really cant run all three products on a high end x32 platformwith 16Gb RAM. Moved to single installs, and it appears to he relatively happy....

I'm probably going to wind up showing my ignorance here (so learning opportunity for me), but how are you using 16GB on a 32-bit platform? You didn't mention which OS you're running, but in general, Windows can't utilize more than 4GB of physical memory (or are you using PAE?) and beyond that has 2GB limits for both user-mode and kernel-mode virtual address space so be careful how much heap space you're assigning to each app.
