RTC and Synergy integration question

One answer

No, you would have to do that as an explicit action.
For example, after completing the Synergy task, you would click on the
link to the RTC defect, and then execute the "close" action on the RTC
defect. In general, there often will be additional information required
as part of the close action, so it would not be something that could be
performed automatically as part of the complete task action.

Hi All,
My question is about RTC and Synergy integration which is available
now.
For example I have an RTC defect related to Synergy task.
Will RTC defect be closed automatically while completing the related
Synergy task?
Thanks.
Sasha.
