RTC Work Item linked to a Synergy Task, Why isn't the WI Info in the Synergy Task?

We are using the RTC/Synergy Bridge, and from my RTC eclipse client I can create a Synergy Task, and there is a link on the links tab in RTC, so I can reference and find the Synergy Task - but this really doesn't seem to be working properly, it's only seems to work from RTC to Synergy - I go into Synergy and there is no linkage and no reference to the corresponding RTC work item??  That's pretty lame!

I thought the bridge is supposed to work from both ends??

One thing to check is that all your versions are compatible. If you're using RTC 4.0.x, check for Synergy version compatibility at https://jazz.net/library/article/811/ .

You can also get information on setting up the synchronization from these articles:

@Ken - The back link from the Synergy Task to the RTC Workitem doesn't show on the task show form anywhere.  Right mouse on the Synergy Task in the Eclipse client and select "open linked workitem" (I think that's the menu choice) and it will open the linked workitem in an eclipse tab.

On a slightly related note, I'm unable to get the Synergy for RTC bridge to work with RTC 4.0.1 because Synergy 7.2.0.1+ requires fix packs to work correctly with eclipse but the 1.1.0 version of the Synergy for RTC bridge (which is the latest version I can find) depends on version 7.2 of the RTC for Synergy bridge.  I currently have a PMR open to get to the bottom of this.
