Hi Vishnu,

Are there any other messages in the logs? Perhaps, after trying to log in do you see other exceptions. The line that looks suspicious in the log pasted below looks similar to a message that is often seen during Build Forge start because of the architecture of the product.

There are many parts to Build Forge, and what the log line looks like is that the build engine which is its own process is trying to connect with the Build Forge services layer which is another process that hasn't completely started yet. Eventually, the Build Forge services layer will complete its start process and the build engine will be able to establish a successful connection (and of course the error message stops occurring).
